The Waukegan Park District is hosting the GO WAUKEGAN Wag 'N' Walk on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 12pm to 1pm at Hinkston Park, located at 810 Baldwin Avenue. Bring your pups! Please follow the rules for a safe and fun time:- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- Picking up after your dog is required.
- Ask for permission before allowing your dog to greet other people or dogs.
- Prevent your dog from jumping on people or lunging at other dogs.
The GO WAUKEGAN movement is simple. Encourage everyone in the community to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Take your daily walk at Hinkston Park and enter a drawing for a chance to get a free one-month Field House membership.
