On Saturday, October 4, the City of Waukegan and the Waukegan High School Student Council are teaming up to bring fall to downtown Waukegan.We invite the community to join us as we install cornstalks on decorative light poles and add festive fall colors and designs to downtown windows.
Meet us at Jack Benny Plaza, 136 N. Genesee St., at 10 a.m. for a day of creativity, community spirit, and seasonal fun.
