WHAT: Go Vibrant Saree Walk is a fundraising walk which invites you to wear your sarees and parade down the Wellington waterfront, to celebrate our cultural clothing and raise awareness for an important cause.WHEN: This year our walk is taking place on International Women's Day, 8th March 2026 in Wellington and we are raising funds for Wellington Rape Crisis.

WHO: All ladies are invited to wear their sarees and attend. This year, we are also extending the invite to men, so please come along wearing your kurtas and Indian traditional wear as well.
ABOUT THE ORGANISER: This event is organised by Jyoti Gosavi, a Wellingtonian who runs a saree business called Go Vibrant, which sells authentic traditional sarees. This is the third Saree Walk she has organised.
