2026 Scrapbooking CropsDates: March 28 • May 2 • October 24, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Location: Fellowship CRC, 641 Elm Street, St. Thomas, ON
Cost: $40 per person, per crop
Spend the day crafting with plenty of space, vendors on-site, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
Your Ticket Includes
Table space (minimum 4 ft) + separate eating tables
Coffee/Tea/Water + morning & afternoon snack(s)
Vendor shopping
A small gift and/or door prizes (dependent on donations from manufacturers)
Please Bring
Your own meals (or order in) and something for the morning
A reusable cup
If you need extra lighting, bring a light and extension cord
Good to Know
No stairs and lots of parking.
Payment & Confirmation
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Credit card is available, but e-transfer is appreciated.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. If you need to cancel, please sell your ticket and email us the new participant’s information.
Fundraiser Note
This crop is a fundraiser — the organizers/vendors do not earn personal income from ticket sales. Pop will be available for purchase, with proceeds donated to youth programming.
