Please join us for an introductory talk on the universal principles and foundation of Gnosis, including a couple of very simple meditation practices.
Discovering spirituality is a simple yet Divine pursuit. Meditation is a fundamental component of that process. Through these talks, we will endeavor to share practical techniques, teachings and practices to help you learn how to meditate and make more sense of the world around you and inside of you.
