* A fun beginner class to learn basic fabric hardening (powertex) and recycling old t-shirts and jeans.* Learn basic dry-brushing techniques with pigments and varnish.
* Learn to mix powertex products to create air dried clay.
* Skills learned can be used on other plywood forms, journal covers, wooden frames and other off the page projects or to create fabric sculptures.
* Participants can bring natural and found objects, textiles, or memorabilia. We can experiment embedding them to create your own unique or meaningful gnome.
* Fun Kids Birthday Arty Party 8+ - can be arranged - request private booking. Parents may be required to attend for free (or can be paying participants)
* Great activity for Grandparents and Grandchildren to do together - maybe swap their gnomes.
