IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 14 DAYS AND 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECIEVE CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER GET IN THE KITCHEN EVENT. IF YOU CANCEL BETWEEN 7 AND 4 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE HALF CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE GET IN THE KITCHEN EVENT. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF AN EVENT, YOU YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANYONE IN YOUR PLACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT GIVE CREDIT OR A REFUND.
Also, please note that we may not be able to accommodate unapproved restrictions, so if you have dietary restrictions, you should email us before purchasing a ticket. Any cancellation due to an unapproved dietary restriction is subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
