Join the Tackling Inequalities Network!
GM Moving invites you to attend the Tackling Inequalities Network, supporting organisations that provide community sport, physical activity, and movement opportunities across Greater Manchester. Our next meeting will be on Monday 24 February.
The network aims to:
- Foster Collaboration: Bring together community groups to share ideas, resources, and peer support focused on tackling inequalities.
- Increase Visibility: Showcase the efforts of groups working to promote physical activity and address current challenges while celebrating successes.
- Build Capacity: Equip organisations with skills to access future funding and enhance their offerings.
- Connect Resources: Link groups with additional support to create more sustainable sport and physical activity opportunities.

- Location: St Thomas Centre
A full agenda will be shared closer to the meeting date; this will include sharing learning and celebrating success from groups who received funding from our Community Soup, key funding updates, updates from partners, and planning next steps for the network.
