Join us for a workshop with Chef Bianca Ivankovic from Dae's Fine Foods.
This workshop will be a demonstration on how to cook a gluten-free Korean balanced meal of Korean beef (plant-based) and traditional yachaejeon vegetable pancake, with a quick pickle and dipping sauce as a side dish.
Participants will receive a portion of the meal to enjoy after the workshop or to enjoy at home. Recipe cards will also be provided to workshop participants.
