Join us for a fun hands on cooking class taught by local chef & baker Bianca Martinez. We will be learning ?gluten-free baking techniques, flour combining, tips for avoiding gums and common allergies including dairy and eggs. Plus lots of great recipes including?cassava tortillas, bagles, muffins, ?cornbread and cake!
