On June 27, 2026 join your fellow walkers, runners, and cyclists in a 4km loop of Victoria Park to raise money and awareness for vulnerable Islanders living on PEI.
The event will be from 6:00am-Noon and you can come and go anytime! Do as many, or as few, loops as you want.
𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 - donations are tax deductible and managed by the Community Foundation of Prince Edward Island; it all goes directly to vulnerable folks who need improved food security and continuous glucose monitors to support their diabetes management.
Last year, dozens of participants raised over $10,000 and ran and biked 65km from Kensington to Charlottetown 😅. This year, we keep things close to the Downtown core and see how many 4km loops we can do as a community from 6:00am to Noon. I know there'll be at least a few runners trying to max out their distance!
Don't run? No problem. Grab some friends and come out for a walk, bike, volunteer, or just to support the folks moving around the park. The central aid station will be a hub of activity - you can expect food, door prizes, some light treatment by our friends reactive health, and maybe even some entertainment... 🎉🎵
* This is a registered PEI Roadrunner's Club event; however, it is not a race and all participation is self-guided
* All pre-registered participants will get a Glucose Grind t-shirt sponsored by Stay Golden Custom and others
