About this Event

This unique, deeply relaxing event is designed for everyone who desires natural rejuvenation, deep tension release, and the discovery of inner peace through sound bath.

We combine the transformative techniques of deep facial and neck fascia release (on a yoga mat) with the healing power of sound therapy for a complete reset of the body and mind.

Through targeted fascial work, we unlock the tension holding the face and neck in spasm. The sound vibrations then harmonize the chakra system, deepening the release and strengthening the healing process from within.

1. Face Fascia Release & Workout on Yoga Mat (45 min)

Led by Katka Sedlak you will learn the secret techniques from the Russian school of fascial work that will help you to:

Release deep fascial adhesions in the face, neck, decollete, and scalp.
Awaken the lymphatic system for ultimate rejuvenation.
Achieve an immediate, visible lift and softer facial contours, improve overall posture

This Sound Therapy will be guided by a certified yoga teacher Alexandra Smith
by using crystal singing bowls

It creates vibration/frequencies of 432 Hz to harmonize the whole chakra system
Each bowl has a specific tone that is atuned with each chakra center in our body
During the Sound Bath, you will relax and immerse yourself in a meditation phase
The tones and vibrations penetrate our entire body, mind and internal energy system
Bringing deeply calming and regenerative effects
You might feel writing down your inner experience to your journal after the sound bath (you are more than welcome to do so)
