This event is designed to blend mentorship and professional development as we close out the year and prepare for 2026. One of our mentors will share her personal journey in mentorship, highlight the impact of mentor-mentee relationships, and offer practical advice to our 2025 Mentorship Cohort on how to continue growing both personally and professionally.
Following the discussion, we’ll have an interactive vision board activity, where mentors and mentees will work together to reflect on the past year, set goals, and visualize their professional growth for the year ahead. This exercise not only strengthens the mentor-mentee connection but also encourages intentional career planning and goal setting — key aspects of professional development.
