FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION HERE🔆Kitted out in our glow gear, we'll start with a breathing practice (Pranayama) and sense withdrawal (Pratyahara) then we'll warm up as we flow through some delicious Asana and end with a blissful guided meditation and Savasana
