Join us for Glow & Flow Family Yoga at the Herman & Kate Kaiser YMCA! This fun, family-friendly class blends gentle movement with a playful glow-in-the-dark twist. We’ll move, breathe, and stretch together under soft lighting with glow sticks to light the way; creating a calming, memorable night for all ages.🕒 Check-in: 5:30 p.m.
