Start your day with a Free outdoor Pilates class hosted by On The Mat Sango in The Warren Medspa parking lot, then head inside to shop one-day-only offers, enjoy wellness treatments, sip refreshments, and connect with our trained medspa staff who will be available for consultations & services throughout the event.
We’ll also have handcrafted matcha from @matchacadotn available for purchase during the event while guests mingle, shop specials, and explore the medspa.
Inside the event, guests can enjoy:
- 20% OFF all wellness services including IVs and wellness shots
- $2 OFF per unit of tox including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin
- Lip Flips for $64

Guests can choose between two free ticket options:
• Pilates Class Ticket — Includes free entry to the Pilates class and access to shop all event-only specials, giveaways & more.
• Pilates Class + Service Ticket — Includes free entry to the Pilates class plus a reserved appointment for a service after the class . Guests who purchase this ticket will be contacted directly by The Warren Medspa team to schedule their treatment time following their class.
**All event-only specials purchased during Glow & Flow may also be redeemed at a later date unless otherwise specified.
We ask that you bring your own yoga mats as well, they will not be provided for these classes.**
