Due to hazardous weather conditions expected on January 24th, we've made the decision to postpone Glow & Grow to ensure the safety of all attendees, vendors, and staff. 💫 THE EXPERIENCE ROOM This is where the magic happens: Sounds by DJ Just Jim all morning long (you won't be able to resist dancing to these mixes or vibing with his incredible energy), 3 music driven fitness samplers , experiential vendors, our GLAM STATION by Golden Soul Salon and a mocktail and snack bar you will certainly want to visit at least once (or twice) throughout the day.

Why samplers? Because you can't commit to what you've never tried. We're giving you a taste of everything so you can find what actually fits your life in this new year.

A 20-minute, high-energy shuffle experience focused on foundational footwork, rhythm, and energy. Designed to help participants learn quickly and feel confident taking their movement to the dance floor brought to you by Shuffle HQ.

10:45am 🎧 THE MAIN EVENT: PULSE PILATES WITH
The headliner. The moment. Fitness meets festival energy. you've never taken a pilates class like this! Imagine moving your body to the beat of the music and even better, to the beat of EDM! Yes, that's right, welcome to Rave Pilates! Come as you are, experience or not, come move your body to the beat of DJ Just Jim all while building community. Do NOT miss this Signature Experience led by Arnold Ruelas of Pulse ATX.

Get a 20-minute taste of Breathe & Brew, an immersive wellness experience by Needed This. This all-levels flow blends intentional movement, guided breath, and a soulful R&B DJ mix designed to help you slow down and reset. It’s a preview of the full experience - where yoga, sound, and community come together with ease. Come move, breathe, and vibe with us. Save time for this epic experience led by John Aquino.
