Join us at the Compass Social Hall at 27th and "S" Street on Thursday, April 16th, 5:30-8:30pm for a 1960s-themed evening of our Annual Celebration and 60th anniversary of our organization! Robert Post, the Director of the Office of International Visitors at the U.S. Department of State, will give remarks for the evening. We will also be welcoming an international visiting delegation of educators from Benin, Chile, Iraq, Georgia, Nicaragua, Peru, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
New this year! In celebration of our anniversary, all current Global Ties Nebraska members will receive a free 60s retro-inspired t-shirt the night of the event!
