- Two workshops packed with insights on using a systems-based approach to global learning assessment and designing robust global engagement programs and activities for student success.
- The Forum is designed to be an interactive dialogue with FIU faculty and global learning staff. The workshops will offer insights on specific best practices and a toolkit, lessons learned from our global learning faculty, student testimonials on their learning impact and more.
- Kris Acheson-Clair, PhD, Director, Center for Intercultural Learning, Mentorship, Assessment and Research, Purdue University, will speak on Global Learning and Assessment: Who, What, Why, How
- Honored with the Institute for International Education (IIE) Heiskell Award for excellence in campus internationalization in 2016.
- Recognized with the APLU Institutional Gold Award for Global Learning, Research & Engagement in 2019.

How we successfully implemented global learning for all is described in Making Global Learning Universal - Promoting Inclusion and Success for All Students, authored by FIU scholars Drs. Hilary Landorf, Stephanie Doscher and Jaffus Hardrick, co-published by NASFA in 2018.
