DIRECTIONS -
FROM KENNEDY INTO DOWNTOWN:
Head East on Kennedy and you will go over the bridge into Downtown. Immediately get into the left lane and turn left on Ashley Drive. Take a left at the second light (Twiggs St) into the parking garage located under the building.
FROM NEW TAMPA (NORTH)
Take I-275 to Downtown. You will take exit 45A from I-275 South. Merge onto I -275 South and use the right two lanes to take exit 45A toward Downtown West. Follow signs for Ashley Drive. You will stay left at the fork and continue off the exit then you will get in the right lane near the Straz Center. Continue on N. Ashley Drive to Twiggs St. Take a right into the parking garage.
FROM TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Get on FL-60 E. from Airport Access Rd/Bessie Coleman Blvd and George J. Bean Pkwy (6 min. 3.1 miles) Take I-275 N. to N. Ashley Dr. Take exit 44 from I-275 North (6 min 5.5 miles) Continue onto N. Ashley Dr. to Twiggs St. Take a right into the parking garage.
Once you arrive at the garage, pull a ticket at the booth and park in any unreserved space. There are two sets of elevators that will take you to the first floor. You will then see the beautiful Rivergate building. Right ahead of you will be two sets of elevators. Make sure you take the first set of elevators listed as 15-31. We are located on the 26th floor.
