When we are emotionally, physically or mentally ‘triggered’, our nervous system senses threat.
When that threat feels overwhelming or prolonged, the system becomes over-protective and begins to speak through the language of the body:
• Tension
• Fatigue
• Anxiety
• Pain
When these patterns persist, they can become chronic.
Over time, the body may begin to interpret its own sensations as danger, creating a self-perpetuating cycle of symptoms and fear.
💫 Glimmers interrupt this cycle.
Glimmers are moments of safety. They are signals that tell the nervous system it can soften, regulate, and begin to restore. They gently guide the system out of vigilance and back toward balance.
This retreat is an immersion in glimmers.
A space to feel safety in your body, while learning simple, supportive tools that invite calm and restoration from within.
