Glenvale Runday is a free, community-organised 5km run that takes place every Saturday in Glenvale Park, Wellingborough. The event is free and open to everyone, regardless of your fitness level or ability. You're welcome to run, walk or jog - them main goal is to meet, enjoy some time outdoors and get fit together.

We meet at the straight pathway leading up to the triangle and the run begins at 09:00.
