The weekend falls on the auspicious time the Spring Equinox offering renewal and rejuvenation, the transition from darkness to light as nature emerges from the dormancy of winter. An honouring of the springs warmth and awakening of the earth.

We will discover and explore sacred sites of Glastonbury, while creating rituals and ceremonies, Practice Kundalini yoga and Meditation, Sound healing, water & fire blessings and also, time to relax, process and reflect.

Your host - Victoria is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Healer and Mentor.
Victorias teaching methods fuse formal training with her intuition, her understanding of the Moon and cyclical living. Her passion is bringing women together to connect to themselves and each other deeply, to learn spiritual practices and experience the freedom in the body, enhanced intuition and the courage to be authentically you.
