Reconnect with your body. Release what no longer serves you. Return home — to your breath, your truth, and your emotional freedom.
This two-hour Ecstatic Dance experience is an invitation to move intuitively, without performance or choreography. Through gentle guidance, music, breath, and body awareness, you’ll discharge stored emotions, soothe your nervous system, and open up space for clarity and calm.
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴𝘀. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲—𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.
This session includes:
Light somatic & emotional guidance by Joanna – Certified Therapist and Intuitive Movement Guide
Curated musical journey by Lukas – Embodied Music Selector & Emotional Soundscaper
A safe and structured space to move, feel, rest, and reconnect
If strong emotions arise during the session, know this is a natural response to releasing stored energy. You will be gently supported and encouraged to:
Stay grounded through breath and stillness
Move at your own pace
Pause or rest whenever needed
Reach out to the facilitator if emotional guidance is required
Please note:
Upon arrival, all participants will be asked to sign a brief event disclaimer for safety and clarity. This ensures that everyone enters the space with awareness and mutual respect.
This is not a performance.
It’s a ceremony of movement.
A sacred space to drop from the mind into the body… and come home to yourself.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothes for free movement
Layers in case you feel warm or cool during the session
A yoga mat or blanket if you wish to rest or lie down
Bare feet or non-slip yoga socks for stability and safety
Important safety information:
This event is designed for emotional well-being and somatic release through movement. For your safety and the integrity of the space, this session is not suitable for individuals:
With serious mobility restrictions or injuries aggravated by free movement
Recovering from recent surgery
Prone to seizures or fainting triggered by music, sound, or movement
Experiencing acute mental health crises without professional support
This event is open to participants aged 18 and over due to the emotional and somatic nature of the experience.
