Walking through 850 years of radical histories into the present-day struggles of the city of Glasgow
About this Event

Join us this May to walk through 850 years of radical history in Glasgow! From the Cathedral down High St (the city's oldest street) to Glasgow Cross, through what was once known as the New Town before the 1980s rebrand transformed it into the Merchant City, to finish up in George Square.

The walk will take around 2 hours and will cover a distance of 1.5 miles.

If you would struggle to walk this distance please keep an eye out for our George Square tour which will be running later in the year, this has been developed with minimal walking and more opportunities for seated breaks.

Pricing: we charge for public tours mainly to prevent no-shows. If you are able then contributing at the solidarity rate helps cover the costs of researching and delivering the tours.
