About this Event
Glanhau’r Traeth gyda Barod – Dydd Llun 27 Ebrill
🕐 Amser: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
📍 Man cyfarfod: Llyfrgell y Rhyl
Ymunwch â Barod, Claudia Smith – Swyddog Erydiad Arfordirol a Pherygl o Lifogydd, a Chadwch Gymru'n Daclus ar gyfer sesiwn glanhau’r traeth cymunedol.
Gyda’n gilydd, byddwn yn mynd i draeth y Rhyl a chodi sbwriel dan arweiniad, dysgu mwy am faterion arfordirol lleol, a helpu i amddiffyn ein traethlin.
Pam ymuno â ni?
Manteision amgylcheddol
- Cael gwared â phlastigion, poteli, rhwydi a malurion niweidiol a all anafu neu ladd bywyd morol.
- Helpu i atal sbwriel rhag mynd i’r môr, ble gall droi’n microblastigau.
- Cefnogi traethau glanach, mwy diogel i bobl leol ac ymwelwyr.
- Codi ymwybyddiaeth o erydiad a materion perygl llifogydd wrth gyfrannu at amddiffyn arfordirol hirdymor.
Buddion o ran lles
- Awyr iach a symud yn ysgafn i wella tymer a lleihau straen.
- Amser ger y môr, yn cefnogi tawelwch, sefydlogi a synnwyr o bersbectif.
- Gweithio fel rhan o grŵp, sy’n cryfhau cysylltiad ac yn mynd i’r afael â theimlo’n ynysig.
- Synnwyr o gyflawniad, gan wybod y bydd eich gwaith yn gwella’r amgylchedd lleol yn uniongyrchol.
- Gweithgaredd ystyriol sy’n rhoi lle i anghofio am bwysau bob dydd.
Pwy all ymuno?
Mae’r gweithdy ar agor i unrhyw un sy’n byw yn Sir Ddinbych ac sy’n 16+ oed. Darperir yr holl offer.
Ar ôl y glanhau
Pan fyddwn wedi gorffen, dewch yn ôl gyda ni i fwynhau paned a darn o gacen i ddathlu ein hymdrechion, cyfle perffaith i sgwrsio, ymlacio a myfyrio ar y gwahaniaeth rydym wedi ei wneud gyda’n gilydd. 🙂
Diddordeb?
Gadewch i ni wybod os hoffech ymuno â ni, byddem wrth ein boddau yn eich cael yno.
