This FAB-ruary, join us as we increase the GLAM and add one class per week—ending each week more consistently and with a little extra sparkle!
Step into the spotlight and unleash your inner pop-star queen or king with Glam Jam Fitness – a high-energy, dance fitness class that’s all about good vibes, fierce moves, and fun you can feel celebrating dance and community.
No matter what level you are glam jam is all about connecting with music, dance and community.This class is designed so anyone can participate.
What to Expect:
? Easy-to-follow, fun continuous choreography
? Full-body workout disguised as a party? Killer strut playlists (think pop divas – Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Crystal Waters, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, throwbacks & more)
? A welcoming, non-judgy vibe for all fitness levels
