Our longtime executive director Kristie Fortmann-Doser is retiring in December. We will celebrate both Kristie's retirement and Giving Tuesday with an event on December 2 at Big Grove in Iowa City. Kristie has been working in domestic violence intervention for 39 years, 32 of those years have been at DVIP/RVAP.
Kristie’s favorite foods and refreshments will be provided by Big Grove with entertainment by The MIC.
Admission is free, but registration is required.
If you’re able to give, we are asking for donations of $32 to celebrate Fortmann-Doser’s 32 years at the agency. We have a goal of 1,000 donations of $32 by December 2.
