About this Event
On this day of gratitude, we invite you into a rare and intimate container—a remembering of what it means to belong fully to yourself and to life itself.
The Sacred Container
Beginning with gentle Qi Gong to awaken the channels, we journey deeper through breathwork and voice. Through breath as prayer and authentic voice as medicine, we cultivate deep nervous system nourishment while accessing, reconnecting with, and healing our ancestral lineage.
🎵 Live music flows as a living river throughout our journey, masterfully woven to create an ever-shifting sonic landscape as we explore gratitude as a way of being — cultivating a grateful heart, compassionate mind, and soft, resilient body.

A Unique Convergence
This offering emerges from a profound moment of alignment:
returns to Montreal— The city that grew her up as an artist, where she trained as dancer at LADMMI (now L’Ecole Contremporaine de la Danse) and spent most of her 20s immersed in the vibrant culture there.
After many years away, she is excited to bring the depth of her mastery, as a Qigong Therapist and teacher as well as mentor, facilitator trainer and founder of Dance Temple on the West Coast.

has spent over 25 years at the intersection of music and healing, as a foundational, long time member of globally acclaimed projects Desert Dwellers, Liquid Bloom, and Shaman’s Dream while developing his solo work as Rara Avis on Six Degrees Records.
His musical journey runs parallel to decades of breathwork and sound healing practice, apprenticing in therapeutic applications for cancer patients and pioneering the ecstatic dance movement.
As a breathwork facilitator and entrepreneur—co-founding YogiTunes and EvolveWell — Alex continues weaving technology, creativity, and holistic wellness, always returning to his practice as a student of life to deepen his mastery of holding sacred space through sound and breath.

Together, they've spent ten years learning the sacred art of partnership—through joy and sorrow, separation and reunion, always returning to the mystery of love.
From this harvest of their own journey, they offer you the fruit: a container held with the rare chemistry that comes from walking the long path together.

Come as you are. Leave more yourself than when you arrived.
This is your invitation to remember that you belong—to your body, to your heart, to the web of life that holds us all. 🙏
Note: For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat and blanket. The venue has plenty of cushions, though you're welcome to bring your own. Please bring water or tea (recommended for hydration).
