Event Description
This season, let’s come together in the spirit of gratitude and giving.
Join yoga instructor Sheree Corbett (e-200hr, 100hr Kids & Family, 85hr Prenatal Yoga Certified) for a heartwarming morning designed for families of all ages — where yoga, storytime, and creativity blend into one joyful celebration of THANKS. Through mindful movement, breath, and play, we’ll explore the beauty of appreciating what we have and sharing with others in need.
We’ll stretch and move in a gentle family yoga flow, enjoy a short story about gratitude, and create a simple craft to honor all that we’re thankful for. Together, we’ll reflect on the joy of community, connection, and the abundance that grows when we give.
What to Expect
🧘♀️ Family Yoga & Movement – playful poses and breathing to connect hearts and bodies
📖 Storytime – a sweet, mindful tale about gratitude and giving
🎨 Craft Activity – make your own Gratitude Leaf to add to our community “Tree of Thanks” or take home to display
💛 Connection & Community – a space to share, smile, and celebrate together
All are welcome — parents, grandparents, caregivers, and little ones alike! Bring your yoga mats (if you have them), wear comfy clothes, and come ready to move, make, and give thanks.
