Join Dr. Mona Amini for the Give Yourself Permission™ to Dance series at The Duce, a joy-forward rooftop dance experience designed to help you shake off the week and come back to yourself. Dr. V will be DJing live on-site, bringing feel-good, movement-friendly music that invites you to move your way. No choreography, no right way, no pressure.
Arrive anytime to check in, grab a drink or mocktail, and settle in. Then we’ll dance it out together on the rooftop. Sway, bounce, stretch, vibe, or take breaks whenever you need. After we wrap, you’re perfectly timed to head straight into the Melrose Vintage Market to browse vendors, shop, snack, and keep the good energy going.

• Rooftop dance and embodied reset (all comfort levels welcome)
