Cost is $20 with ALL of the proceeds returning to the Cancer Care Committee of the Northeast Wyoming Community Health Foundation. If you can't make it to class, your entire fee is donated; there are no refunds issued for this class.

Give Back Mat Classes are between 35-45 minutes and consist of beginner to medium movements. All bodies who want to move are welcome (and encouraged) to attend; personalizations will be available for those who are new to movement. A limited number of mats are available; however, you are encouraged to bring your own mat. There are no refunds; if you cannot attend, and have registered, your entire fee will go to the nonprofit. The overall goal is to help raise awareness, money and support the nonprofit.
