Join us for a grounded morning experience of meditation adn sound bath in the crisp morning in the garden.
We will be gathering at 8AM at the beautiful Manteca Community Garden for intentional stillness, breath, adn sound healing -- held in community and supported by nature.
This offering is rooted in reciprocity: proceed and presence support the work of the Urban Green PRoject, helping bring more green space, education, and nourishment back into our communities.
