🌸 Girls’ Yoga Circle (Ages 7 - 12) 🌸An Hour of Movement, Magic and Meaning
In a world where our children are often rushing and constantly plugged in, this yoga circle offers a beautiful pause lovingly guided by Areti.
Areti is specialised in Children’s Yoga with 15 years experience guiding children of all ages, thought mindfulness yoga movement and a variety of children’s workshops over the years.
Areti also holds a current working with children blue card.
This is a sacred space for girls aged 7 to 12 to move, breathe, laugh, share, and simply be themselves.
Over the course of this gentle and joy filled hour the girls will be guided through yoga practices designed to support:
✨ Self-Love & Body Confidence
Through poses, mindful breath, and uplifting affirmations, girls are invited to appreciate and connect with their bodies, reminding them they are strong, soft, flexible, creative and wise.
🌈 Inner Calm & Nervous System Support
In a time when stress and stimulation are all too common, we will explore soothing practices that help calm the mind and settle the heart offering tools the girls can carry with them into daily life.
💪 Soft Strength & Flexibility (Inside and Out)
Yoga helps build both physical flexibility and emotional resilience. Through flowing movement and restorative stillness, we nurture both the body and the spirit.
🗣️ Leadership & Voice
Our closing circle invites each girl to share her voice, thoughts, or feelings building self trust, empathy, and a gentle kind of leadership that comes from within.
🌿 Connection & Community
This is more than a yoga class it’s a circle of sisterhood. A time away from screens and school pressures to connect with nature, with themselves, and with each other in a safe and supportive environment.
💫 And of course Fun!
There will be laughter, play, and imagination woven throughout, because joy is so healing!
