About this Event
Girls in Aviation Day is an event that happens around the world in September.
Join us for our annual event at the Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport put on by the Women in Aviation-SE Wisconsin Chapter!
This is a FREE event for girls ages 12-18!
Pre-registration is required and the tickets will become available on August 24th. We only have 100 spots available so please sign up quickly if you would like a spot. The event fills up very quickly! In past years it has filled up within days. The first 50 kids who sign up will get a free Girls in Aviation Day bag!
We are unable to offer additional spots due to airport capacity.
The event will include simulators, a behind-the-scenes look at the airport, airplanes to check out, and pilots and other aviation professionals to talk to!
It is a fun day where kids get to explore various aviation careers and activities and are surrounded by positive female role models!
If you do sign up, PLEASE carefully read the directions as we do need specific information for all of the participants.
