Girls Got Gains
Girls Got Gains is a women-only workout session designed to give you space, time, and support to move your body your way.
For this event, the gym will be closed to all non-female members so we can create a comfortable, focused environment just for women.
How it works
Come and go anytime during the session
Trainers will be on-site to help with form, answer questions, or offer guidance
Follow the workout of the day or bring your own workout plan
No pressure, no performance — just movement and community
Each participant will receive a goodie bag with supplements to support your workout, and you’ll get to work out alongside other women in a supportive setting.
We’ll also be featuring rotating vendors at each Girls Got Gains event — juice, coffee, or other fresh food options. Vendors will change each time, so every session feels a little different.
