Age Divisions:

10U Ages 8-10

14U Ages 11-14

17U Ages 15-17

All participants must provide the following in order to try out:

• Up-to-date physical (within the past 12 months)
• Signed parental consent form

These documents can either be:

1. Uploaded at the registration link at www.domin8her.com, or
2. Brought in person and presented at check-in on the day of tryouts.
