Girl, be for real—and lift something heavy!
Join Stormborn (@stormbornfit) and Dr. Maria Fitness (@drmariafitness) for a high-energy, strength-based bootcamp that’s designed to challenge your body, shift your mindset, and celebrate your power. This isn’t your average workout. We’re breaking myths, building muscle, and redefining what it means to be a “gym girlie.”
Expect 45 minutes of full-body strength circuits using real gym equipment (sleds, dumbbells, ropes, med balls, and more), guided by two expert trainers in a supportive, no-judgment zone. All fitness levels welcome!
After the sweat: enjoy refreshments, popsicles, and mimosas while mingling with local wellness vendors like Honey Child Pops and Juicing with Kiwi.
We’ll also have an interactive whiteboard experience because your relationship with fitness deserves to be heard. Come ready to move, reflect, and connect.
