- Poetry Writing: Haikus (September 6, 2025 | 5-6PM): In poetry nights you will learn different tools to express your inner voice, to let out all those feelings that sometimes we don’t even know what to do with them. This space is crafted for everyone, curious people, experienced writers or one-time enthusiasts. Everyone is welcomed to this space, we only ask you to be polite since writing comes from very intimate places within ourselves. Host: Morgana
- Art Attack Night(September 11, 2025| 7-8:30 PM): We'll provide the supplies, you bring your creativity! We just want this to be a space to come together and create, we'll have a prompt for the session, but you're welcome to create whatever you want and let your imagination roam free. We'll provide paint, colors, pastels, canvas, paper, magazines (for collages), etc. It'll be fun!! Host: Valeria
- Macrame: Plant hanger, 2nd Edition (September 13, 2025 | 5-6:30PM). Join us on this community night and make a beautiful home for your leafy friends! Here you’ll learn to create your very own macramé plant hanger perfect for adding charm to any corner of your home. Remember, plants have feelings too... and they deserve to feel loved in a sexy stylish home to dangle from! Perfect for beginners looking to share, connect, and enjoy this textile art in community. Host: Carlos
- Astrology: Tuning in: Eclipses, Nodes & the queer art of listening to your chart (September 18,2025 | 6-7 PM): What were you moving through September 2024? What was shifting around March 2025? Scroll back on your camera roll, check your texts, peek into your notes app because the universe was planting seeds then. And now? We’re arriving at the final remix of this Virgo-Pisces eclipse series.
These eclipses are stirring up questions around care, community, spirituality, responsibility, and routines. And in your chart, they’ll play out like a song only you can hear, is it a soft piano lullaby? Maybe something more like anarchist heavy prog rock? No judging, song sharing is highly encouraged.
Wanna know which track is yours? Wanna talk about it in a circle of queer, neurodivergent cuties? Doesn’t matter if you’ve got ten astrology apps or if you still call Mercury retrograde “Mercury Gatorade”, you’re welcome here.
Host: Paulina 💫 About me
I’m a queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC artist who grew up with Walter Mercado blessing the living room TV every day. Astrology has always been a part of me, first as a childhood fascination, and in the last years something I’ve studied deeply through workshops, classes, nerding out on different traditions, both physical and mystical. I also use astrology in my craft as an actor, and now as a tool for collective reflection, with the only goal to understand ourselves with more compassion, while confirming our connection with our environment and magic ✨
Come as you are, fidget toys, stims, note-taking, quiet time = all g! Bring your chart if you have it, and curiosity, if you don’t. We’ll map the sky together and remember that none of us are alone in this cosmic playlist. We’ll be gathering at Gina’s, our safe haven for the sapphic community here on the stolen lands of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations where we live, learn and gather as guests, honoring their rights, presence, and stewardship of this land.

- Spanish Meet-Up! (September 20, 2025 | 5-6PM) : Come over and practice your Spanish at Gina's! This is a casual meet-up session were you can learn and practice your Spanish with native speakers. All leves are welcomed into this space! We will learn the basics on how to communicate in every day life, slang and culture.Host: Paulina
- Autumn Bodies: Cycles, Chronic Illness & Queer Resilience (September 25, 2025 | 6-7PM): Our bodies move in seasons, just like the earth. And as the leaves start to change colors and fall; our energy, just like leaves, also drops. But this not only happens once a year, to certain people, it can also happen once a month (or every 27~31ish days to be picky 😌).
How can we soften into change?
How can we care for ourselves (or others) while we transition from summer into fall?
How to work with this energy rather than against it?
We’ll explore practices and tools for honoring this natural transition and also “the fall” of the menstrual cycle, known as premenstrual phase; aiming at the possibility of reframing PMS and menstrual cycles, not as a flaw but as a skill given by our natural wisdom.
This space is especially for those living with chronic conditions, hormonal shifts, and neurodivergent rhythms, and for anyone who loves or supports someone moving through them. Allies, friends, and partners are warmly invited to listen, learn, and share ✨
About the Facilitator
Paulina is a queer, decolonial, BIPOC artist and educator, living with PCOS, PMDD, and neurodivergence. Her artistic and community work is rooted in cycles, care, and storytelling. Always seeking to create spaces where our bodies, and all their complexity, can belong.IG: paulinapprr
