Gin Master Class Fifth edition.

Fifth annual Gin Master Class.

An in-depth look at gin from its beginning to where we are today including tastings of examples of different styles. Participants will then design their own gin recipe, measure out botanicals and add to a base spirit which will be distilled by Master Distiller Mark Freeland at a later date and bottled for pick up.

Syllabus:

*Gin history and styles

*Gin tasting

*Botanicals available with flavour description

*Students will then write their own recipes, measure out botanicals and add to a base spirit (to be distilled by Mark at a later date)

*End of the class with an example of a gin cocktail for all participants.
