Every November, the Greenbelt Interfaith Leadership Association (GILA) holds a Thanksgiving Celebration the night before the holiday. In addition to representing the various faiths in Greenbelt and giving thanks for the blessings of the past year, GILA requests donations for the Greenbelt Emergency Assistance Fund. This fund has done so much good work in the past year.
