As the year gently comes to a close, you are invited to pause, reflect, and receive the healing vibrations of sound. This offering is both a gift for your spirit and a way to extend nourishment to others in the wider community.

Through the soothing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, you’ll be guided on a journey of deep rest, renewal, and release. Together, we’ll honour the ending of the year and open our hearts to the possibilities that lay ahead in the new year.

Come as you are, settle into stillness, and let these sacred sounds carry you into a space of gratitude, peace, and connection.

🍴 Exchange: In the spirit of giving, this sound bath is being offered in exchange for a non-perishable food item(s), which will be donated to a local food bank in support of those in need. You are more than welcome to bring more than one item to donate. Thank you so much for your contribution.

This session will be held in Nepean at my home. The closest major intersection is Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be listed on your ticket. You will also receive a separate preperation email with parking instructions and additional info a few days before the event. We are a cat friendly home.
