The 25th annual Ghost Walk takes place in Linwood Cemetery in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Five tours are offered on each of the first three Fridays and Saturdays of October, with the first starting at 6:30pm and the last starting at 8:30pm.Advance ticket purchase is required, and this event usually sells out. Tickets are available at GlenwoodHistory.org (see ticketing link in this event listing).
Tours last about two hours and include an uphill hike (about 1/3 mile). Participants should wear footwear and clothing appropriate for an evening October hike, and should bring an electric flashlight, headlamp, or lantern. Cookies and hot cider are offered at the conclusion at no extra charge.
In addition to the cemetery tours, a one-night-only indoor event will be staged on October 29 at the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue.
