Built in 1894 as a meeting place for the town council. This is a very creepy place at night where the sound of screaming has been heard and ringing noises that sound like a servantâ€™s bell. People have noticed things move behind them and seen figures going up and down the stairs. In the basement, the door to the old building attendantâ€™s apartment has been seen to close on its own, giving people a chilling feeling that they are not welcome there.
