About this Event
Join us for an afternoon amongst the blooms to support San Francisco's beloved teaching garden and community space. This event is our largest annual fundraiser and this year we hope to raise enough money to rebuild our backyard compost education area.
Your ticket helps provide hands-on education to more than 3,000 kids and adults each year, empowering the next generation of gardeners and community leaders.
We offer sliding scale ticket options. Please choose the ticket level you’re most comfortable with — paying more if you’re able helps support our public programs. As a non-prodit we rely on donations from our community to keep our garden open and thriving.
Our Spring Garden Party will feature:
- Live music by Sweet Lew and Melissa Modifer
- Bites from local restaurants
- Beverages to sip on a (hopefully!) warm afternoon
- Farmstand featuring locally printed GFE gear
- Silent auction featuring vases from local ceramicists
- Socializing with the best community in San Francisco!
Also, this year we will be hosting an online auction featuring a tasting menu and wine pairing dinner for two at Penny Roma, SF handmade Bryr Clogs, a garden consultation from the one and only Carey Craddock plus lots more!
Other local event partners include:
MORF (Music on Regenerative Farms). Fort Point Beer Company, Genero's Delicatessen, Apres Vous, Bryr Clogs, Penny Roma, Tadaima, Botnia Skincare, Paint House SF, Flowercraft Garden Center, Carol Koffel Ceramics, Gardens of Golden Gate Park, Carey Craddock Gardens, Good West Company, Tree Frog Treks, Luke's Local Grocery and more!
