Close out the year with purpose, connection, and a little holiday sparkle! getWITit Merry Mentoring brings together women in technology and allies for an uplifting evening of speed mentoring, festive fun, and community impact — all in support of a meaningful local cause.

Kick off the evening by meeting fellow technologists, leaders, and emerging professionals in a warm, inclusive environment designed to spark genuine conversation and new relationships.

Move through a series of powerful, high-impact mentoring rounds with accomplished professionals eager to share guidance on career growth, leadership, and navigating the ever-changing tech landscape. Whether you’re seeking advice or offering it, you’ll walk away energized and inspired.

We’re embracing full holiday mode — so bring your most wonderfully tacky ugly sweater or your favorite festive attire! Think sparkly snowflakes, bold holiday prints, or anything merry and bright. Great photos guaranteed. Great memories even more so.

This year’s giveback drive will support Dress for Success Pittsburgh, an organization committed to helping women achieve economic independence through professional attire, career resources, and a strong community network.

We will be collecting:

• Feminine hygiene products: pads, tampons, etc.
• Personal care items: shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, mouthwash (no toothbrushes, please)
• Winter essentials: hats, scarves, mittens, gloves, etc.

Every donation helps women in our region move forward with confidence and opportunities.

• Gain or share insights through meaningful speed-mentoring conversations
• Support local women through our holiday donation drive
