About this Event
The Getting to Zero San Francisco (GTZ-SF) Consortium is hosting a meeting focused on the social determinants of health & health inequities affecting the City’s Latine/x communities, including immigration. The agenda includes a presentation with new data from the SF Department of Public Health's 2023 HIV Epidemiology Annual Report. We will talk about barriers, challenges and facilitators to accessing HIV prevention and care, highlight successful programs, and what GTZ-SF can do.
All are welcome!
Light refreshments will be served from 5:30p, and the meeting begins at 5:45p.
GTZ-SF is a community of people working together to reduce HIV infections and deaths and improve the quality of life of people living with HIV in the City & County of San Francisco. Consortium participants include community members, both US-born residents and foreign-born immigrants, advocates, community-based organizations, health providers and researchers, and government and industry partners.
