About this Event
This interactive workshop session will help you engage and motivate your employees, as well as those who can contribute to your business but in a more flexible manner.
- Your skills and passion form the heart of your business and have contributed to much of its success so far. However, none of us are perfect and we will help you analyse what strengths others could bring to complete the picture – and how to tailor your recruitment process to find them.
- If you are the founder, no one else has your commitment or passion for the business. We will enable you to find people with similar passions, then align their vision, values, and purpose with yours, so that you can all thrive and be the best that you can be.
- Some of your current employees are working hard, others may seem like passengers; there may even be some who are holding you back. We will support you to confirm who needs help and how to rekindle their enthusiasm, and also how to plan a proper exit for people who need to leave.
- Full time employment is not the only answer. Some people face barriers to it, others actively choose a different way to earn a living. In this session we will give you space to look at ways to knock down barriers to talent in your company and consider other ways of working with people such as freelancers and part-time staff, to get the same commitment as from your best employee.
