Workshop Overview:

Hosted by award-winning Author Nikki T. Anthony, this first workshop in the series introduces beginner writers to the fundamental concepts of writing. It aims to help participants understand the writing process, find inspiration, and overcome initial fears. The workshop will be interactive, with discussions, exercises, and a free writing session to help participants gain confidence and get started on their writing journey.

Workshop Outcome:

By the end of this workshop, participants will have:

Gained confidence in their ability to start writing.
Developed an understanding of the writing process (pre-writing, drafting, revising, and editing).
Overcome some initial fears of writing through practical exercises.
Started to create a personal writing routine that they can build on in future workshops.

This curriculum is designed to be supportive and encouraging, helping beginners take their first steps into the world of writing.
