GETTING IN TOUCH WITH YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF. A series of workshops Join us in the JOURNEY to get access to different qualities of Self-Energy such as curiosity, courage, connectedness and compassion
About this Event

Would you like to respond from a place of calm and inner wisdom rather than from reactivity?

Maybe you have already forgotten how to be fully alive, vibrantly joyful and audaciously authentic? Do you want to get access to the beautiful qualities of Self-Energy such as curiosity, courage, connectedness and compassion?

In this world of physical form and wandering minds, everything is interconnected and therefore we cannot exist as separate entities. We believe most of us have been born with curiosity, joy and complete trust in life. These qualities have been lost along the way through traumatic events and interactions with our parents, our teachers and others, who - although they most likely had good intentions - often told us what was best for us, dismissing our true feelings and needs. As a result, we often lose touch with our authentic inner selves, leading to a loss of purpose and a feeling of dissatisfaction. In order to restore the access to this wisdom, we need a community where we can build trust and acceptance by practicing the qualities of Self-energy in a safe and conducive environment.

In this series of workshops, we intend to explore what it means to be in Self- Energy through different modalities such as Non-Violent Communication (NVC), body movement practices, Internal Family system (IFS) and others. This is an exploration through active investigation and experimentation, where we will work individually, in pairs and groups. Each workshop is different and will focus on a specific quality of Self-Energy such as: Courage, Compassion, Confidence, Calmness, Curiosity, Connectedness, Creativity and Clarity based on the Internal Family System model (IFS).

About your facilitators

Justyna has been interested in self-inquiry practices since she arrived in London almost 20 years ago. Yoga was one of the first modalities through which she experienced stillness and peace for the first time. She then attended an intense meditation retreat and quickly became fascinated by the journey inward. Although meditation is still her main practice, Justyna has found it can be a lonely path at times, and was searching for something more which would help her to understand and connect more deeply with others. A few years later, she was introduced to Non-Violent Communication, a method which offers practical tools to communicate effectively. InternalFamily System (IFS) therapy was added to her toolbox several years ago, where she got a better understanding of her inner system. Currently, she is interested in Self Directed education and what it means to follow one's interests and passions. All these complementary modalities form a rich melody with which Justyna resonates within herself and in partnership with those around her.

Agata is an experienced and committed holistic therapist specialising in Aromatherapy, Usui Reiki, Ayurvedic Massage and Shamanic Drumming. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and for the past few years she has been running regular Yoga sessions , Sound Bath and Retreats always resonating with the energy of the group and individual needs.

Non-violent communication is one of the tools which she uses in her daily life. She has a deep passion to create and hold a safe and caring space for deep relaxation, reconnection with our inner wisdom, transformative empowerment and self awareness.
